Devan Fitch, Maria Bekiaris and Karen Olivieira, Vancouver Fraser Port Authority, to present a summary of the summer 2022 Harris Road Underpass engagement conducted in June and July, including feedback received and next steps.

    THAT Council:

    1. Approve the operational strategies for Q4 2022 as presented to Council on September 27, 2022; OR

Kasra Vahidi, Project Manager, to provide an update on the progress and milestones reached with the construction of the City's new Fire Hall.

Colin O'Byrne, Manager of Planning, to provide an overview of the Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 2864, 2020 for adoption.

  • Recommended Motion:

    THAT Council:

    1. Adopt City of Pitt Meadows Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 2864, 2020; OR

    2. Other.

Colin O'Byrne, Manager of Planning, to provide an overview of the application to designate the property at 19049 Mitchell Road as Residential Low Density in the Official Community Plan, and to rezone the property to Small Lot Residential (R-2), in order to subdivide the property into two lots.

  • Recommended Motion:

    THAT Council:

    1. Grant first and second readings to Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 2930, 2022; AND

    2. Grant first and second readings to Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2929, 2022; AND

    3. Direct Staff to schedule a public hearing for an upcoming Council meeting; OR

    4. Other.

The purpose of this report is to present the 2023 - 2027 Tax Exemption Bylaw No. 2931, 2022 for the first three readings in order to adopt the bylaw prior to the Community Charter deadline of October 31, 2022 for the 2023 tax year.

  • Recommended Motion:

    THAT Council:

    1. Grant first, second and third readings to the City of Pitt Meadows 2023-2027 Tax Exemption Bylaw, No. 2931, 2022; OR

    2. Other.

Colin O'Byrne, Manager of Planning, to provide an overview of Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2900, 2021, which if adopted, will rezone the property at 19321 and 19323 Park Road to R-1 (Medium Lot Residential) and combined with the adjacent lot at 19331 Park Road, permit subdivision into four single-family lots.

  • Recommended Motion:

    THAT Council:

    1. Adopt Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2900, 2021 to rezone the property at 19321 and 19323 Park Rd from R-D (Duplex Residential) to R-1 (Medium Lot Residential); OR

    2. Other.
