A. Dominelli, Planner ll, to provide a presentation on a Non-Adhering Residential Use Application for 12770 McTavish Rd (PID: 011-439-343), which is seeking to retain an unauthorized third dwelling unit.

  • Recommended Motion:

    THAT the Agricultural Advisory Committee:

    1. Recommends that Council decline to forward to the ALC the Non-Adhering Residential Use application for 12770 McTavish Rd; OR

    2. Recommends that Council forwards to the ALC the Non-Adhering Residential Use application for 12770 McTavish Rd with a recommendation of denial; OR

    3. Recommends that Council forwards to the ALC the Non-Adhering Residential Use application for 12770 McTavish Rd with no comments; OR

    4. Recommends that Council forwards to the ALC the Non-Adhering Residential Use application for 12770 McTavish Rd with a recommendation of support; OR

    5. Other.

A. Dominelli, Planner ll, to present an overview of and to seek the Agricultural Advisory Committee’s feedback on potential amendments to the Zoning Bylaw related to residential uses of agricultural land, to implement objectives of the Agricultural Viability Strategy and Official Community Plan.

  • Recommended Motion:

    THAT the Agricultural Advisory Committee:

    1. Receive the recommended amendments to the Zoning Bylaw, as outlined in the February 4, 2025 Staff Report titled “Proposed Zoning Bylaw Amendments Related to Uses of Agricultural Land”, and presented at the February 13, 2025 Agricultural Advisory Committee Meeting; OR

    2. Other.
