Maria Peretta, Executive Director with Ridge Meadows Seniors Society, to present an annual update of activities and programs.

Jodi Callaghan, Special Event & Volunteer Coordinator, to provide Council with an update on the first year of operations of the Pitt Meadows Art Gallery at its new location in the South Bonson Community Centre.

  • Recommended Motion:

    THAT Council:

    1. Receive for information the Staff Report titled “Year in Review – Pitt Meadows Art Gallery” as presented at the February 4, 2025 Council Meeting; OR
    2. Other.

Samantha Maki, Director of Engineering & Operations, to provide an overview of the Staff Report and seek Council direction regarding the Heritage Hall Accessibility Project (i.e. installation of an elevator and construction of two washrooms).

  • Recommended Motion:

    THAT Council:

    1. Rescind their decision as captured in Resolutions A, B, and C for Item E.3.3 of the Minutes of the December 13, 2022 Public Council Meeting regarding the Heritage Hall Accessibility Project (i.e. installation of an elevator and construction of two washrooms); AND

    2. Direct Staff to proceed with construction of a single-occupancy accessible washroom at the coat storage area on the second floor to help improve accessibility at Heritage Hall; OR

    3. Other.

Patrick Ward, Director of Planning & Development, to present an introductory report on an Official Community Plan and Zoning Amendment application to permit a resource recovery facility at PID: 003-325-695.

  • Recommended Motion:

    THAT Council:

    1. Decline the OCP and Zoning Amendment application for a resource recovery facility at PID: 003-325-695, as presented at the February 4, 2025 Council Meeting; OR

    2. Other.

Kate Barchard, Corporate Officer, to present Council with a repeal bylaw for 60 expired financial bylaws.

  • Recommended Motion:

    THAT Council:

    1. Grant first, second and third readings to the “1915 – 1938 Financial Bylaws Repeal Bylaw No. 3006, 2025” to repeal expired or otherwise obsolete financial bylaws as presented at the February 4, 2025 Council Meeting; OR

    2. Other.
