Release of a redacted version of the Project Partnering Agreement for the Harris Road Underpass Project between the City of Pitt Meadows, Vancouver Fraser Port Authority, and Canadian Pacific Rail.

Letter dated January 12, 2022 from the Ministry of Finance in response to Mayor Dingwall's letter of November 17, 2021 regarding the classification, assessment, and taxation of railway and industrial operations in Pitt Meadows.

Anne Berry, Director of Planning & Development, to present a renewed Fee for Service agreement for the City's Kennel services currently provided by Countryside Kennels.

  • Recommended Motion:

    THAT Council:

    1. Direct Staff to execute a new agreement with the Maple Ridge SPCA for the City’s dog kenneling services, for a 12 month period, with the option to renew for up to five years; OR
    2. Other.

Carleen McDowell, Manager Recreation & Culture, to provide an overview of amendments to the Community Service Awards & Civic Recognition Council Policy C073.

  • Recommended Motion:

    THAT Council:

    1. Approve the amendments to the Community Service Awards and Civic Recognition Policy as presented at the January 25, 2022 meeting of Council; OR

    2. Other.

Anne Berry, Director of Planning & Development, to present an overview of a non-farm use application to permit the construction of a parking area at 19675 Meadow Gardens Way.

  • Recommended Motion:

    THAT Council:

    1. Direct Staff to forward to the ALC, with a recommendation of support, the application for a non-farm use at 19675 Meadow Gardens Way for the construction of a new parking area; OR

    2. Other.
