THAT the Council Meeting immediately following this meeting be closed to the public as the subject matter being considered relates to employee or labour relations, the acquisition, disposition or expropriation of land or improvements, litigation involving the municipality, advice that is subject to client-solicitor privilege, information that is prohibited from disclosure under section 21 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, the proposed provision of a municipal service, and negotiations or related discussions with the provincial and/or federal government under sections 90.1 (c), (e), (g), (i), (j), (k) and 90.2 (b) of the Community Charter.
