• THAT the Minutes from the June 8, 2022 Advisory Design Panel meeting be approved.

Development Permit Application for 19072 Advent Road

A. Dominelli, Senior Development Services Technician, to provide a PowerPoint presentation on a Development Permit Application for 19072 Advent Road which was previously considered by the Advisory Design Panel on May 11, 2022.

• Recommended Motion:

  THAT the Advisory Design Panel:

  1. Recommends that Council approve issuance of a development permit for six single family dwellings in a bare land strata subdivision at 19072 Advent Road; OR

  2. Other.

D. Parr, Senior Planner ll, to provide a verbal update on the 2023 Advisory Design Panel committee calendar.
