5.1

Rezoning Application for 11898 Baynes Road

A. Dominelli, Senior Development Services Technician, to provide a PowerPoint presentation on an application for a zoning text amendment for 11898 Baynes Rd (003-896-081), to permit construction of an additional, 90 m² residence.

• Recommended Motion:

  THAT the Agricultural Advisory Committee:

  1. Recommends that Council approve the zoning text amendment application for the property at 11898 Baynes Road to permit construction of a 90 m² additional residence; OR
  2. Other.

5.2

City's Readiness for the Fall Wet Season

C. Reimer, Manager of Operations, to provide an overview of the City's plan for the 2022 fall wet season including topics such as Policy C106 & the ditch cleaning process.

Livestock Evacuation Plan

B. Morgan, Manager of Emergency Program, to provide an overview of the City's livestock evacuation plan in the event of an emergency. 

5.4

AAC Application Tracker

C. O'Byrne, Manager of Planning,  to provide an update on the AAC Application Tracker.
