    THAT Council:

    1. Receive the City of Pitt Meadows Housing Needs Report in accordance with Section 585 of the Local Government Act; OR
    2. Other.

Cheryl Harding, Director of Finance, to provide an overview of the 2022 property tax rates.

  • Recommended Motion:

    THAT Council:

    1. Grant first, second and third readings to the 2022 Annual Tax Rates Bylaw No. 2919, 2022; OR

    2. Other.

Colin O'Byrne, Acting Director of Planning and Development, to present an application for a Temporary Industrial Use Permit at 17612 Ford Road Detour.

  • Recommended Motion:

    THAT Council:

    1. Authorize the issuance of Temporary Industrial Use Permit No. 2021-003 for a blacksmithing and metal fabrication business on the property located at 17612 Ford Rd Detour; OR

    2. Other.

Colin O'Byrne, Acting Director of Planning and Development, to provide an overview of the Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 2854, 2020 and Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2855, 2020 for 11812 and 11816 Blakely Road that once adopted would permit development of four townhouse units.

  • Recommended Motion:

    THAT Council:

    1. Adopt Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 2854, 2020 and Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2855, 2020 for 11812 and 11816 Blakely Road; OR

    2. Other.
