THAT the Council Meeting immediately following this meeting be closed to the public as the subject matter being considered relates to employee and/or labour relations, potential litigation affecting the municipality, information that is prohibited from disclosure under section 21 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, and the proposed provision of a municipal service, under section 90.1 (c), (g), (j) and (k) of the Community Charter.
