Colin O'Byrne, Acting Director of Planning and Development, to present Council with proposed amendments to Council Policy C015.

  • Recommended Motion:

    THAT Council:

    1. Approve the amendments to Council Policy C015 – Development Information Meetings, as presented at the April 5, 2022 meeting of Council; OR

    2. Other.

Mark Roberts, Chief Administrative Officer, to present an overview of the Q2 2022 Strategic Priorities for Council. 

  • Recommended Motion:

    THAT Council:

    1. Approve the operational strategies for Q2 2022 as presented to Council on April 5, 2022; OR
    2. Other.

Kate Barchard, Corporate Officer, to present to Council the annual requirements of the Pitt Meadows Economic Development Corporation.

  • Recommended Motion:

    THAT Council:

    1. Authorize the City, being the sole shareholder of the Pitt Meadows Economic Development Corporation (the “Company”), to consent to the written resolutions of the Company, as presented to Council at the April 5, 2022 public meeting, in lieu of holding an annual general meeting; AND
    2. Direct the City’s authorized signatories to sign the resolutions of the Company on behalf of the City of Pitt Meadows; OR
    3. Other.

Justin Hart, Manager of Major Projects, to present to Council an overview of the City's response to the Environmental Effects Evaluation documentation for the proposed CP Logistics Park.

Colin O'Byrne, Acting Director of Planning and Development, to present to Council an application for a Temporary Use Permit at 17607 and 17890 Ford Rd Detour.

  • Recommended Motion:

    THAT Council:

    1. Approve renewal of Temporary Use Permit No. 2019-004 for soil screening and mixing at 17607 and 17890 Ford Road Detour; OR

    2. Other.

Colin O'Byrne, Acting Director of Planning and Development, to present to Council a Development Variance Permit Application for 19049 Mitchell Rd which, if approved, will permit the subdivision of the property into two single-family lots.

  • Recommended Motion:

    THAT Council:

    1. Approve the issuance of Development Variance Permit No. 2022-004 for 19049 Mitchell Rd as presented at the April 05, 2022 Council Meeting; OR

    2. Other.

Council gave the first three readings to these five bylaws on March 29, 2022.

  • Recommended Motion:

    THAT Council:

    1. Adopt the 2022 to 2026 Financial Plan Bylaw No. 2920, 2022 ; AND
    2. Adopt the Drainage System Protection Amendment Bylaw No. 2918, 2022; AND
    3. Adopt the Sanitary Sewer and Storm Drain Amendment Bylaw No. 2916, 2022; AND
    4. Adopt the Solid Waste Collection and Disposal Amendment Bylaw No. 2917, 2022; AND
    5. Adopt the Waterworks Amendment Bylaw No. 2915, 2022; OR
