J. Jagpal, Development Services Technician, to provide a presentation and seek feedback on a new Development Permit Application for 19516 Hammond Rd (PID: 010-486-950) detailing plans for four townhouses with one basement suite. 

  • Recommended Motion:

    THAT The Advisory Design Panel:

    1. Supports the application for Development Permit No. 2024-003 at 19516 Hammond Road, subject to the following comments, and recommends that the applicant address the comments to the satisfaction of the Planning and Development Department before Council considers the application; OR
    2. Other.

Dana Parr, Planner ll, to provide an update regarding the new provincial legislation Homes for People Action Plan and to request feedback from the panel regarding the newly adopted Development Permit Area guidelines for Small Scale Multi-Unit Housing (SSMUH).

  • Recommended Motion:

    THAT the City of Pitt Meadows Advisory Design Panel:

    1. Provide City Staff with feedback regarding the design guidelines for Development Permit Area No. 9; OR

       

    2. Other.

D. Parr, Planner ll, to provide an overview of the newly designed handout called "Guide to Small-Scale, Multi-Unit Housing, R-3, R-4, and R6 Zones" created in collaboration of the Development Services and Communications teams.
