• Recommended Motion:

  THAT the Council Meeting immediately following this meeting be closed to the public as the subject matter being considered relates to labour relations, the acquisition, disposition or expropriation of land or improvements, litigation involving the municipality, receipt of advice subject to solicitor-client privilege, information prohibited from disclosure under S.21 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, the proposed provision of a municipal service, a matter under another enactment [FIPPA S. 16.1 information received in confidence] is such that the public may be excluded and inter-governmental negotiations and/or related discussions under sections 90.1 (c), (e), (g), (i), (j), (k), (m) and 90.2 (b) of the Community Charter.
